Accumulation of loyalty points: Through online purchases it is possible to accumulate gift points: €1 = 1 point (excluding shipping or cash on delivery costs and valid only for shipped orders)
Use of Loyalty points: The points will entitle you to request gifts that are present in the Stanhome catalogs or can be converted into discount vouchers of the following value: 400 points = €5, 800 points = €10.
Discount Coupon Request: you can redeem discount coupons by sending an email to info@stanonline.it. A discount coupon will be generated for the amount corresponding to the points accumulated and the coupon will be sent to you via email or via WhatsApp. The discount code must be entered at the end of the order in the appropriate box "you have a discount coupon, enter it here" and the system will automatically deduct the amount of the discount coupon from the total of your order.
Request for Gifts: The gift must be requested in the notes field at the time of the order by entering the code of the gift you intend to receive and which you will find in the Stanhome catalogue, this also applies to the extendable sponges which are no longer a free gift but can be requested with the gift points.
The gift will be paid following verification of the accumulated points which must correspond at least to the points of the requested gift.
Clearly the points can also be used partially and the remainder can be used to request further gifts or discount vouchers.
The gift points have an annual expiry date (31/12) therefore customers are invited to request the gifts or discount vouchers by the end of the year to avoid the loss and cancellation of the accumulated points.
